Major overhaul of operating unit with partial redevelopment (2014)
- Installation of air-conditioning medical modules of clean rooms in:
- general surgery operating room,
- emergency sterilization room,
- pre-operative room,
- patient preparation room,
- the hallway of operation unit
- The total area of "clean areas" is more than 122 sq.m.
- Creation of high-tech engineering systems: ventilation systems, central air-conditioning, finishing cleaning and air disinfection, creation of laminar air flows.
- General construction works and complete replacement of internal engineering systems in rooms with total area of 211 sq.m.
- Design and installation of medical gas supply systems, installation of technological equipment.
- Full preparation of operating room for integration of endoscopic, electrosurgical and AV equipment
Major overhaul in hospital rooms of operation unit on the 6th floor (2015)
Within the project was made major overhaul with partial redevelopment in 3 operating rooms, 2 pre-operative rooms, patient preparation rooms, sterilization room and hallway.
- Performed general construction and finishing works in rooms with total area of about 400 sq.m.
- Was made installation of air-conditioning medical modules of clean rooms.
- Complete replacement of engineering networks and communications. Installed modern high-tech ventilation system with 3-stage filtration system, central air-conditioning system with finishing cleaning and air disinfection, creation of laminar air flows. Performed installation of medical gas supply systems, in operating rooms mounted ceiling anesthetic and surgical consoles manufactured by CJSC "Alternative science".
- In operating rooms were taken actions to provide protection from X-ray radiation.
- Installed automatic doors with electric drives.
- In pre-operative rooms installed washing sinks with contactless sensor faucets.
