State Research Children’s Orthopedic Institute named after G.I. Turner of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation is the only specialized medical and scientific institution of federal significance in assisting children and adolescents with congenital and acquired pathology of the musculoskeletal system. Founded in 1932, the Institute has a unique experience in scientific and clinical work. During the year, the clinic of the institute takes care of more than 1.5 thousand children and adolescents with diseases of the musculoskeletal system. The staff of the Institute consists of 14 doctors and 28 candidates of medical science, who take an active part in the preparation of practical and scientific-pedagogical personnel.
Design and construction of new medical building turnkey project for 200 beds.
Within the project realization, was finished the construction of uncompleted medical building for 200 beds, updating of the previously released working project for the construction of medical building, as well as bringing of architectural and planning solutions, structure of departments, the area of rooms, engineering and technical equipment in accordance with applicable normative and technical documentation, medical technology and sanitary requirements.
Performed construction works on the territory with a total area of about 20,000 square meters, including:
- Installation of ventilated facades of building, insulation, roofing and remodeling
- Construction of gas boiler
- Landscaping improvement of surrounding area with the agreement of GIOP (Committee on State Control, Use and Protection of Monuments of History and Culture)
Within the project realization have been done the following works:
- Installation of clean rooms in reanimation and intensive care departments, operating rooms, and CSSD (central sterile services department).
- Organizations of rooms for placement of MRI machines, equipping of X-ray rooms with high-tech diagnostic equipment.
- Design and installation of engineering networks, including centralized medical gas supply systems, ventilation and air conditioning systems with a high degree of air purification.
- Complex equipping with modern medical equipment. Installation of equipment for medical gas manufactured by CJSC "Alternative science".
